Sewing up the hole you left to insert the stuffing?
How do you sew up the hole you left to insert the stuff (e.g if you were making a plushie, soft toy ect) without it being very visible?
Is there a certain type of stitch, or a method?
Can you explain how and if it’s a type of stitch please name it.

Try to put the opening on the straight of grain… this will allow you to sew with less stretching and distortion and will look better.
